Angus is an Associate Consultant at KKS Advisors. He comes from a background in sustainable economics and applying value pluralism to econometric analysis and modelling. Using his research experience, he aids clients in understanding their performance on environmental, social and governance factors.
Angus specialises in incorporating environmental and social data into economic decision-making processes. He is currently working with large data sets to help advance the capacity of investors to compare their sustainability performance based on ESG factors.
Prior to joining KKS Advisors, Angus achieved a MSc in Ecological Economics from The University of Edinburgh following a BA in Geography from The University of Leeds. During this time, he gained a wealth of experience across a range of topics including environmental valuation, applied econometrics and modelling while developing both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skills.
This culminated in a master’s thesis focusing on developing remote island economies based on innovations in renewable energy technology and community business practice. In addition, Angus is interested in the work of circular economy social enterprises and is passionate about the crucial role innovative businesses will have in paving the way to more socially and environmentally sustainable economies.
