Katerina Psychopaida is a Business Psychologist, specialising on organisational development through the eyes of employee engagement and leadership effectiveness.
She has over five years’ international experience in the design and development of employee feedback and engagement programmes, to help HR and Executives link them to business strategies and goals. She has worked across a broad range of industries with companies such as Unilever, Rolls-Royce, Solvay, International Criminal Court, European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and TNT, as well as a number of others.
Since 2011, Katerina has been teaching the topic of employee engagement and motivation at the Industrial-Organisational and Business Psychology programme of University College London and Goldsmiths College. She has, herself, graduated from Goldsmiths College, University of London with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and from the University of Bath with an Honours BSc in Psychology. She is also qualified in psychometric testing (Level A, Level B) and personality assessment (Hogan Leadership Assessment).
Katerina is currently a Team Leader and Strategic Advisor at Sirota’s EMEA office in London, where she leads a number of international engagement programmes in Europe, the Middle-East and Nordic countries.
