Alison is an organisational change consultant who works with both the private and public sectors leading transformation initiatives. Alison is a graduate of the University of York and Warwick Business School and went on to work for the UK Government and Deloitte. Alison specialises in change management and has experience of working in Health, Energy, Retail, Manufacturing, Transport, Defence and the UK Government. Alison works at all levels of the organisation, from the board to the frontline. Her experience includes; senior management coaching, change strategy definition, complex stakeholder engagement, change impact and business readiness. Alison is experienced in working in political environments and with government agencies where her reports have passed judicial review.
Alison has a background in Project and Programme Management and is a certified MSP and Prince 2 Practitioner.
Alison’s current research activity involves completing a MSc in Sustainability and Responsibility at Ashridge Business School and exploring what elements of an organisation's culture create an enabling environment for sustainable decision making. Alison is also the co author of the UK Local Government publication 'The 5 Things Every CEO Should Ask About Change.'
